Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”, or “EULA”) carefully before using the Minimum Standards Check mobile application (the “App”) operated by KING SELLER PTY. LTD. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- copy, modify, or distribute the App;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
- sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the App.
2. Subscription and Billing
2.1 Subscription Plans
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions, including:
- Pro Monthly – billed monthly
- Pro Yearly – billed annually
Prices are displayed in the App and on the App Store and may vary by region.
2.2 Payment
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
2.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
2.4 Manage Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
2.5 Free Trial (if applicable)
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
2.6 Pricing Changes
We may change subscription pricing or features. Changes will be communicated via the App or App Store.
3. Use of the App
You agree not to:
- use the App for unlawful purposes;
- interfere with the App’s functionality or security;
- upload misleading, false, or unlawful information.
You are responsible for all data and content you enter into the App.
4. Important Disclaimer (Property Compliance Tool)
The App provides general guidance and reporting tools for residential rental minimum standards.

- does not constitute legal advice
- does not guarantee compliance with laws or regulations
- should not replace professional advice or certified inspections
Users are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice where required.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App remain the property of KING SELLER PTY. LTD. or its licensors.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

7. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., property management systems).
We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
- the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- results generated by the App are accurate or complete
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the App in the previous 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these Terms or if the App is discontinued.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
